Modifications to the IHM Constitutions were approved at Chapter 2024 and, in July 2025, were approved in full by the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and the Societies of Apostolic Life in Rome.
The Constitutions have been updated, and the final copy is included below.
To distinguish the approved Constitutions from earlier, draft versions, the line “Revisions approved by Chapter 2024” appears on the opening page. Draft versions contained the line “Revisions proposed at Chapter 2024.”
In addition to the digital version below, a printed copy will be distributed to the IHM community.
