Building better communication in challenging times
Have you ever walked away from a conversation feeling uneasy about what was said—or how it was said?
Communication can bring people together to solve problems, build trust, and work toward a common goal. But when conversations become tense, communication can quickly break down into misunderstanding, conflict, or self-preservation. The Triangle Workshop helps participants recognize hidden communication patterns, understand what happens in the brain during stressful interactions, and learn practical tools for restoring productive conversations.
What you’ll learn
✓ Recognize when communication has broken down
✓ Understand common patterns that derail conversations
✓ Learn strategies to reduce tension and restore connection
✓ Practice ways to return to productive dialogue
✓ Improve communication with family, friends, coworkers, and community members
