Our menu offers choices with a wide variety of breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, a la carte selections and hors d’oeuvres, or let our catering service create a cuisine to fit your occasion.

Our catering staff is skilled and courteous, and we specialize in providing full-service catering for small and large groups. Room rental, food, labor, linen, flatware, china and disposable supplies are included in the cost of the event.

Both internal and external clients are encouraged to follow campus “Green Meeting Guidelines” including using china instead of disposables, and using water dispensers or table pitchers with glassware instead of bottled water. The Events planning staff is committed to re-purposing and recommends reusing event décor whenever possible.
